Our return policy is 30 days. Once 30 days pass since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in the original packaging. Any opened or tampered bottles can not be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Products/Order
In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, incorrect CBD mg amounts, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and email them along with a brief description of the problem to [email protected]. We will assist you in resolving any issues.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive your refund but processing times depend on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Our items on sale are not refundable. We may be able to exchange them.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
